THE ASSOCIATION’S PARKING

There is a multi-storey car park in the association consisting of two garage levels and a parking deck, as well as a number of motorcycle spaces. Riksbyggen applies a separate queuing system that members can sign up to. There are also parking spaces along the street that are paid for by downloading APCOA’s own app, which is available to download from AppStore and Google Play.

Garage

The garage is entered using a badge that controls the automatic gate. The badge can be obtained from the office during office opening hours. We have found it necessary to remind you that the parking spaces in the garage and on the garage deck are only designed for ordinary cars and the maximum height is 2.1 m. It is therefore not possible to park larger work vehicles or special transport service buses, for example, in these spaces. The garage deck has now been equipped with a boom to regulate the height. The boom cannot be removed.

Regulations

• The regulations for our garage are set out below.
• No flammable goods may be stored there other than a spare petrol container kept in a car.
• Use of the garage as a workshop for repairing and renovating vehicles is not permitted, except for changing tyres.
• Washing of vehicles in the garage and outdoor areas is prohibited.
• You are required to remove your vehicle from your parking space when notice is given that parking spaces and garage spaces are to be cleaned.
• Only cars or other vehicles may be parked in the garage.
• Smoking is prohibited in the garage.

Parking space

Many of us have large cars and the pillars holding up our building may make space tight in the garage. One basic recommendation is to park your car in the middle of your parking space.

Surveillance

The area is guarded by APCOA. Please contact APCOA if a car is parked incorrectly or is blocking a walkway or similar.
