About the guest apartment
When you have visitors who need a place to sleep, as a member of the association you have the option of booking our guest apartment located on the ground floor of Skarpbrunnavägen 125.
The apartment contains three beds, including a day bed and a bed with a fully-sprung mattress. There is bedding for them.
The apartment is equipped with a table and chairs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and two hotplates. There are also plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery. There is no internet access in the guest apartment. There is a toilet and a shower cubicle in the apartment. The guest apartment is equipped with consumables such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and similar. Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors and pets are also forbidden due to allergies.
Booking
The guest apartment can be booked through the office, which is open on Wednesdays between 16.00 and 18.00. The rental is SEK 500 per 24 hours and the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 7 days. Please note that the apartment is not available to rent in July. The apartment cannot be accessed before 14.00 on the first day of rental. The cleaned apartment must be vacated no later than 12.00 on the day of departure.
As a member of the association, you are ultimately responsible for the behaviour of your guests during the rental period and for ensuring that they clean the apartment before they leave. If the association is forced to engage a person to clean after your guests, the cost will be charged to you.
