Watering in the communal outdoor areas

Since the water pipes in our bicycle storage rooms have started to rust and cause water damage, we’ve now installed new water outlets for watering the communal outdoor areas.
However, they’re not installed in all bicycle storage rooms, but are located in some storage rooms strategically placed in each communal outdoor area. The doors to them are marked with a “V”
